Our team of seasoned professionals has actively

Jeff Durso
Since 1995, Jeff has been active launching multiple successful ventures from startup to millions in revenue.
He built his first venture (OEC, along with Sam) from startup in 1995 to $3 million in revenue and a successful $10 million acquisition in 2000.
As co-founder of DestinationWeddings.com, Jeff developed the technology infrastructure to manage 150+ specialists,
and marketing systems to attract 200+ new client couples each month, helping the company quickly dominate its lucrative niche
and achieve recognition on the INC 500 list of fastest growing companies in the U.S.
With Conversion Associates (CA) and BlitzTime.com, Jeff expanded his core capabilities into the "VOIP 2.0" arena to launch
a successful marketing analytics company (CA), and the first virtual "speed networking" platform (BlitzTime.com).
Sam Durso
Since starting his first company in 1995 and building it to a successful $10 million sale in 2000,
Sam has advised hundreds of business owners on how to make the right decisions today to ensure the
greatest ultimate value when the time comes to exit the business.
Sam has partnered with executives of businesses ranging in value from $100K to over $10 Million, across
virtually every industry in order to assist them in making key decisions that ultimately shape the future value
of their companies.
Sam has gained the trust of executives who regularly reach out to him when they are faced with difficult
